Nah, Helldivers dev team is making the big bucks now! so they probably want to go broke and alienate a majority of their fans for a minority of fans that probably keep demanding Fursonas in Helldivers.
I own an XBoX so I haven't played it yet but if they do poop like this in their Discord I'm probably never gonna buy it or recommend it to others.

eh im not sure. People on discord and twitter are the ones with the "social media manager" title in their resume. Typically those who receive the satisfaction of waving their authority as a mod in any sort of community. Outside of the head guy dropping info on the playstation situation on twitter, do any actual devs talk to people?

Or If something is legit out of whack (good or bad). But he did more than post patch notes he would also sometimes try to explain reasoning behind some of the more... unpopular changes. And they were always bunk, I would have more respect if he outright said "we don't like that X weapon is SEEN as (not actually is) too good".

The way they treated community, all that "passive aggressive" tone.
The way the community treated those who were against psn linking.
The "so what if those countries can't play anymore due to psn ban, they are literal poopholes", completely disregarding the fact that someone bought the game in that poophole and would lose access to it without their fault.
The "stop review bombing" whining, "leave the multibillion corporation alooone"
The fact that reddit is all over that game.

On one hand I dislike the psn linking and would never do it.
On the other hand blocking 3rd world poopholes from infesting my games is probably the ONE thing that could convince me to get a PSN. screw playing with 3rd world poopholes. Get the screw off my servers and play on your own.

Comprehensive, thank you. I haven't followed it much since the PSN debacle and was never part of the online discourse. It's a shame cause that game seems right up my alley. Oh well I still have the better bug hunting game which is getting it's season 5 update tomorrow. Rock and Stone!

Just the overall nerfing of poop like the breaker complaining that it was overperforming instead of buffing the other weapons to be on par.
Just overall meme poop like "depend on your stratagems" but there's also bullpoop like 50% increased cd or just one whole less slot
