The apartments are two-room apartments (1 bedroom) with the same rental price of €1068.38 per month, the service costs are €82.50 per month. The luxurious apartments all have a kitchen with built-in appliances, a complete bathroom, curtain rails and a spacious balcony. The homes in Qube are middle-rental homes and therefore there is a maximum income limit from the city of Amsterdam.
