IRL Origin: Reyo was my CaC i created shortly before the deletion of first version Kair, his Xenoverse 2 design is basically Gohan but in the non xenoverse game he has longer Gohan hair (not Beast long kinda like shorter SSJ2 teen Gohan or longer SSJ future Gohan) with several more bangs reminiscent of SSJ Goku. Reyo was my third Saiyan that i put time into during the creation of Kair v1 the others being Goku (it was a Goku CaC that was supposed to be like CC Goku) and Oliver (deleted because it at the time was one of my irl friends name) Reyo originally had a second CaC counterpart from the main timeline who never joined the Time Patrol but eventually got deleted for CaC space.
Pre Xenoverse: Reyo along with his sister Reiga (Pronounced: Rei-ga) were sent off world before the destruction of Planet Vegeta, after the news Regai went with her group leaving a young (18) Reyo along on a unknown planet on this planet Reyo became a hero helping out with petty things and large scale things such as the fact the planet was literally just a slave planet where Reyo engaged in a fight with the owners of said planet freeing them by harnessing the power of his Great Ape into his base form for a powerful punch (like Penetrate/Rebellion Hammer except this variation is called Saiyan Oozaru Fist) after this Reyo fell asleep and was treated by the grateful people of Planet Nezenko (Pronounced: Planet Nez-en-ko) in Age 739 (2 years after Planet Vegeta's destruction btw) Reiga and her group the Ferocious Saiyan Gals (consisting of Citrus, Okara, Amandoline, Shiva) came to torment Reyo and the planet like always the only one not participating was Reiga herself but she did nothing to stop originally Citrus and Shiva attempted to destroy the Nezenko town Reyo was resting at but he intervened. The two saiyan woman told him to move but Reyo's recent courage (he was there personal servant prior to his fight against the slave owners where he gained courage against stronger fighters) Citrus originally attempted to knee Reyo's gut but he swiftly raised his own leg in a counterattack Shiva then blasted Reyo with a ki attack (Ferocious Saiyan Bombardment her personal Continuous Energy Bullet) which typically/in the past would have left Reyo badly injured but Reyo emerged without a scratch due to his grueling training and few zenkai's he walked forward and approached Shiva but Citrus released a barrage of punches (Furious Saiyan Crash her personal High Speed Rush) with Reyo parrying every single hit, for clarification Shiva is a energy attacker with a power level of 1200, while Reyo currently has a power level of 2300, Citrus is a melee attacker with a power level of 1320, Amandoline has a power level of 2100 and Okara has a power level of 2600 (26000 in Ikari/wrathful which has a golden aura and is a natural ability from saiyans) just for a bonus Reiga's true base power is 4500 her suppressed power is 2150 (she makes it just short of surpassing Okara due to her not wanting to be leader). Reyo knocked Citrus away with a heavy punch followed by appearing (Rapid Movement) behind Citrus and kicked her in the arm similar to Android 18's kick on Vegeta but this did not smash Citrus's because Reyo restrained his kicks strength as he does not want to hurt Citrus, however he wants her to leave the planet alone just then Shiva jumps in with a flying downwards kick which Reyo evades causing Shiva to lose balance and almost fall with Reyo taking this opportunity to blast her with a ki blast in the manner of a Big Bang Attack. Citrus screams at Reyo in anger of her comrade as she rushes forward, Reyo is caught of guard hearing that Shiva is dead according to Citrus thinking she had killed her (which he hadn't) which caused Citrus's punch to send Reyo flying from him not being on guard, Reyo stood back up cracking his neck preparing for the following fight as Citrus arrives from above delivering a successive barrage of blows (Saiyan Anguish) which Reyo defends against just as Shiva recovers and fires a massive energy wave in the form of a giant bird (Finishing Sparrow) this attack damages Reyo heavily due to it piercing into his back then exploding. Reyo is able to stand weakly after the attack but luckily the attack also hit Citrus who was right next to Reyo and left her severely wounded, Reyo pulled out a small green bean (knockoff Senzu Beans called Nezenko Beans that are worse than Senzu Beans but still help recover) Citrus is in utter disbelief since this bean had completely nullified there damage to which in a childish manner Citrus starts crying which Shiva runs over to her ally and consoles her leaving Reyo in complete shock of an adult saiyan woman crying over losing a fight. Amandoline drops down behind Reyo and dashes forward which Reyo turns around and grabs Amandoline by the wrist as he just realizes the large golden ki blade (Rampaging Saiyan Blade) that almost slashes right through him. The two engaged in a brief scuffle which Reyo was capable of winning by powering up to his max power where he almost knocked Amandoline out as she rises into the air along with Citrus and Shiva where the trio spun around in a circle while charging ki eventually the trio formed a triangle as Shiva stated "It doesn't feel right without Reiga" before all three in blasted a triple energy wave (Finishing Special: Glorious Saiyan Girl Magnificence) Reyo fired his counterattack the Final Flash! (mark 1 its weaker and imperfect-ed but is not the Final Crash) as the beams clashed harnessing the power of his Great Ape once more Reyo pushed through nearly eviscerating the saiyan gals if it wasn't for Okara's descent and savoir of her crew. "I don't know what backwater lifestyle you lived here but don't forget your a saiyan, your here to destroy these fools here ill make it easy" Okara stated as she raised her hand pointing a ki blast towards a young Nezenko child named Aubry killing the innocent a streak of red crossed Reyo's eyes seeing innocents die as Reyo's body began to pulse a glowing yellow aura with his eyes flashing pale white, his hair flickering golden letting out a final scream Reyo unleashed a boundless fury of rage evolving into the Super Saiyan (he forgets how to use it after this use unlike Goku where he uses and finally controls it during the events of Xenoverse 2 as stated in my post about Kair) he finally attacks Okara with a brutal rush (Unstoppable Rage/How dare you bring innocents into this! the second naming is in reference to what Reyo screams to Okara while the Unstoppable Rage part is in reference to what Reyo did on the Androids during his second burst) before Reyo could end Okara with the final ki attack Reiga stepped in creating a barrier (Powered Shell) to shield her ally as Okara taps into her Ikari state she finds herself no match for Reyo's dormant power, eventually she falls to the ground and asks Reyo to end her as she calls herself "Too weak to lead such a powerful squad and get saved by her own crew, that it should be Reiga who leads" (discovering Reiga's true power level from how she could tank the ki blast with her barrier) Reyo says that she isn't too weak and that teamwork is key, just then the Ferocious Saiyan Gals surround Okara motivating her to keep getting stronger as the group leave. Before takeoff Reiga leaves Reyo with some parting words "Don't ever hurt my friends again, or you'll be sorry little brother" while Citrus shouts on Reiga to get onboard she finally leaves. Then Reyo got kidnapped by a pink midget called Chronoa.
Xenoverse 1: Reyo is a brief time patroller helping against the invasion of Villainous Mode fighters after Demon God Demigra's freedom.
Xenoverse 2: Reyo is the lucky time patroller selected for the special mission, there he is capable of holding his own against powerful fighters thanks to grueling training and many zenkai boosts where he was able to contend with Raditz, Nappa, Vegeta, Turles, Lord Slug, Dodoria, Zarbon, the Ginyu Force and even Lord Frieza and his brother Cooler. Around the end of the Frieza Saga, Kair the hero of Toki Toki city is called in to train the new recruit as he was incapable of defeating the Android and Bio-Android threat to come in his time with Kair, Reyo learned both life lessons and normal training during one of there post training conversations in the wastelands Kair is attacked by Android 17 where he dies (not really he was attempting to unleash Super Saiyan in Reyo) Reyo unleashed his bottled up anger causing him to don the mighty golden form once more unleash a brutal assault (Unstoppable Rage/How dare you bring innocents into this!) on the Android Siblings where before the finishing ki blast Android 18 fired a sneaky ki blast as the two preformed there Accel Dance attack, before the finishing ki volley (Dead End Bullet/Dead End Rain) Kair arised and protected his fellow pupil with an energy dome as he quickly afterwards dismantled the Android of another timeline. Reyo is one of the lead fighters assisting in the Neo Cell Games where he defeats Android 14, 15 and 13/Super Android 13, several metal coolers, a few Cell Jrs, Bojack's crew and assists in the defeat of Bojack himself. Reyo helped during the Buu Saga by dispatching of Broly and Janemba while freeing Vegeta and later by stalling Kid Buu and sharing his energy with the Super Spirit Bomb that finally killed the galactic threat. Just after Kid Buu's defeat Reyo chases Masked Saiyan where he is almost successful of defeating him but Mira buts in only to be dealt with by Kair as the pair retreat Kair and Reyo together fend off Beerus after he is enraged from Chronoa's pudding. Reyo is also present in the Return of Frieza saga by defeating Metal Cooler and Frieza before he destroys the Earth. And lastly is the main fighter against Mira and the brainwashed Time Patroller, Mako an earthling warrior and master of the Kaio-ken but after his mask broke Mako fell to the floor where Towa finally went to eviscerate Kair from existence after she sensed he was approaching, after being stopped once again by Reyo Towa arrived with Mira once more and shortly after being Absorbed by her creation Mira assumed a state that resembles a Super Saiyan 5 as Goku SSGSS arrived, sensing the inevitable doom Goku lended his god ki to Reyo causing the saiyan to transform into a Super Saiyan 4 Limit Breaker but this led Goku to pass out, Kair finally arrived after his recovering from erasure from time by Towa where he assisted in defeating Mira by sending him high airborne so Reyo could land a mighty Dragon Fist retrieving Toki-Toki's egg as the pair finished the powerful warrior with a dual energy blast (Prominence Flash x Solar Cannon) destroying the android. Reyo is also responsible for dealing with the Fu missions but i never did them in xenoverse because i just never did them.
Future Chapter 1: Reyo along with his other allies Elina, Mako, Kold, Fridge and Android 28 were sent to deal with Fu's Ultra Supervillain experiments but Reyo fell victim to the same experiment transforming him into a Super Saiyan 4 Limit Breaker.Ultra Supervillain. Before Reyo was able to cause to much damage Kold revealed his Hakaishin transformation (akin to Toppo's destroyer form more than UE but it is still different and is referred to as Hakaishin or Hakaishin Kold in this form he looks the same but has purple eyes, domes and Bio Armour) he was able to subdue his friend knocking his consciousnesses back but Fu amped up the crystals power causing Reyo to grow in strength and defeat Kold (back in Ascended/base form) with a sneak attack he started his rampage once more, until Kair soon showed up and at first stated he would not hurt Reyo using Ultra Instinct to evade all Reyo's attacks then swiftly punching his pupil followed by using a sealing spell on the crystal locking it inside Reyo (if he destroyed it was possible he killed Reyo from the inside) while purifying it, this allowed Reyo to re open it at any time to increase his power while no longer tainting his perspective.
Post Xenoverse 2: After the events of Future Chapter 1 Reyo started dating his Time Patrol ally Elina and eventually got married, after this the pair had two children with a 4 year age difference there first son Rai a mostly saiyan but also part majin hybrid, his skin is the same colour as his fathers but he possesses pure white pupils from his majin combination there daughter Rina (a combination of R from Reyo and the ina from Elina) she is a mostly majin but also part saiyan hybrid she has the skin of her mother and the eyes of her mother but instead has bright pink hair (Super Saiyan power from the fact that the pair conceived Rina while Reyo was utilizing Super Saiyan). While the two children were raised with love, the majin evil left behind in Rai (before Elina expelled her evil her and Reyo conceived Rai but Rina was conceived after the expellation of evil) he manifested a majin mark of sorts and exploded in a mixed ki of a Majin Super Saiyan 2 alerting his mother and younger sister with the screaming while trying to resist this power his mother quickly sprung into action and attacked her son in an attempt to force the evil majin out of him as his power constantly grew her son was no longer when Rai started talking in a completely different manner he fires a dangerous energy blast (Majin Death Ball) but is deflected by his fathers arrival. "I have been waiting father now how about we engage in a battle, like old times?" Majin Rai's first words to his father to which his enraged father responds by telling Majin Rai to shut up and follow him. Reyo leads Majin Rai into the Time Chamber and demands his son powers up into Super Saiyan 3 where Majin Rai quickly does so but after powering up Reyo punches Rai heavily as he brutally beats his son for his actions against his mother and sister as Rai began regaining control, Reyo states that Rai is trapped with him for a long time. After the events in the Time Chamber Reyo told his son to never step foot in his house ever again, shortly after a group of female saiyans begin destroying countless planets which Reyo is instantly aware of who is responsible where he intercepts the Ferocious Saiyan Gals and eliminates all of them except for Okara while she keeps her ground against Super Saiyan 2 Reyo while in Super Saiyan 3, Reiga arrives before Reyo can defeat Okara and re-informs her brother of what she said last time to which her brother responds "Im very aware are you prepared to back it up?" infuriating Reiga. Reiga transforms into a Super Saiyan C-Type and attempts an assault of punches to no success due to Reyo's intense power increase this enrages her as Okara joins in to attack the saiyan, the pair are unable to land a single attack as they both power up to the maximum with Reiga warning Okara of what she is about to do several pulses of different colours envelop the nearby area as Reiga grows in power vastly emerging from the smoke with no pupils and green hair as she begins walking forward confident in her power but with her brothers new power-up to a Super Saiyan 4 Reiga is surprised by the immense strength difference from what she believed was an unstoppable state Reyo quickly finishes his sister with a combination of punches into a Final Flash (Final Rampage) as she lays on the ground cowering Reyo extends a hand saying that enemies or not there still family and informing her that she is free to stay in Conton City with Reiga stating that she will not stay and would rather be with her friends which Reyo says that there's room in Conton City for all of them, to which Reiga obliges becoming a resident of Conton City and a Time Patroller.
Multiversal Time Tournament: Reyo was the winner of the Tournament due to Kairs disqualification and everyone else's normal elimination, he did almost kill a member from Universe 4 and threatened the Kai's of Time after the member had tortured Elina to which he pulled out the members teeth and caused several more long lasting injuries. Reyo's sole wish was that he wanted his son to be rid of evil to which Rai finally was allowed back home.
Transformations:

Great Ape:
A form with a 10x multiplier and a large ape physique
Reyo never willingly transforms into this state but has transformed
when Turles threw a power ball that transformed Reyo into a Great Ape
upon his transformation Reyo did not possess control like Vegeta did due
to this being his first time in the Great Ape state but later on Reyo had gained
control of his Golden Great Ape state which implies that if he would transform again he should be able to control the form.
False Super Saiyan:
A form with a 25x multiplier and spiky brown hair
Reyo briefly uses this form against Lord Slug but is quickly
knocked unconscious never to be used again by Reyo.
Super Saiyan:
A form with a 50x multiplier and spiky golden hair
Reyo achieves this state when witnessing his master Kair getting beaton by
Android no.17 and Android no.18 both empowered with the Villainous Stage 2
causing Reyo to snap and unleash a Super Saiyan Fury on the Androids
despite seeming like Both Androids were defeated they infact were still able to fight and quickly defeated the Super Saiyan with a calculated Accel Dance luckily Kair was able
to stand up again and flawlessly defeated the two evil doers Reyo later uses this state several more times throughout the series.
Super Saiyan Grade 2: (implied)
A form with a 62.5x multiplier and large muscles
Reyo never used this form but does in fact know how to transform into this powerhouse state.
Super Saiyan Grade 3:
A form with a 100x multiplier and larger muscles
Reyo never used this form but does in fact know how to transform into this powerhouse state.
Super Saiyan Mastered:
A form with a 70x multiplier and blonde spiky hair
Reyo develops this form during the Neo Cell Games upon witnessing
Goku and Gohan use the same transformation it is the main "Super Saiyan" state used going forward.
Super Saiyan 2:
A form with a 100x multiplier without the drawbacks of Super Saiyan Grade 3
Reyo first utilizes this transformation against Broly when he attempts to attack Goku while Goku is fighting Majin Vegeta, him and the rest of the Time Patrollers defeat the Legendary Saiyan not long after Reyo uses the form against Super Buu after he defeats Gotenks but to no avail as the
Majin defeats him and the surrounding warriors.
Super Saiyan 3: (implied by natural Super Saiyan 4)
A form with a 400x multiplier and long spiky golden hair
While Reyo never displays this form it is implied that Reyo
can transform into this state due to his way of achieving Super Saiyan 4
without a third party machine like Vegeta.
Golden Great Ape:
A form with a 500x multiplier and a large golden ape physique
Reyo achieved this state during his first time becoming a Super Saiyan 4
initially Reyo had no control in his state but gained control after a short while
and thus gained control of his Super Saiyan 4 state.
Super Saiyan 4:
A form with a 200,00x multiplier and red fur along with normal black hair
Reyo's main form this state is the controlled variant of a Golden Great Ape
Reyo utilizes this form for the first time against Masked Saiyan and Mira to help Super Saiyan God Goku
and stop the two Time Breakers from interfering in the his fight with God Of
Destruction Beerus this form is used several more times throughout the series.
Super Saiyan God: (implied by Goku)
A form with a 320,000x multiplier and red hair
Although Reyo never displays this form when Goku questions about
Super Saiyan 4 Limit Breaker being a mixture of God Ki and Super Saiyan 4
Reyo assumes that if he tried he could possibly achieve the state.
Saiyan Beyond God: (implied by Goku)
A form with a masked power level and enhanced God Energy
Like Super Saiyan God Although Reyo never displays this form when Goku questions about
Super Saiyan 4 Limit Breaker being a mixture of God Ki and Super Saiyan 4
Reyo assumes that if he tried he could possibly achieve the state.
Super Saiyan 4 Limit Breaker:
A form with a 34,000 (initial)>560,000 (full power)x multiplier and red/pink-ish fur and red-ish hair
A combination of Super Saiyan 4 and God Ki (Super Saiyan God/SSGSS) this is one of Reyo's most powerful form only surpassed by the Super Saiyan 4 Limit Breaker.Ultra Supervillain and its Controlled Variant
along with Super Saiyan 5's full power Reyo first obtains this form when fighting Final Form Mira after SSGSS Goku lends Reyo his ki empowering his Super Saiyan 4 state to this.
Super Saiyan 4 Limit Breaker.Ultra Supervillain:
A form with a 610,000,0x multiplier and a large pink crystal forming from the users chest
Reyo is given access to this state when Fu tests out the Incomplete Ultra Supervillain state in this state a large pink crystal is forming from Reyo's chest due to that being where Fu struck him with the power up and some of his surrounding fur becoming a deep black with a pink outline this form turns Reyo into somewhat of a malicious beast where he goes on a rampage
attacking everyone around him ultimately he is put into a halt by Kold donning his new Hakaishin Form.
Super Saiyan 4 Limit Breaker.Ultra Supervillain (Controlled):
A form with a 630,000,0x multiplier and a large pink crystal forming from the users chest When Reyo is battling his former ally Kold during his rampage from the Ultra Supervillain power up he suddenly halts as he begins fighting against the malicious energy he soon regains control of the crystal temporarily before Fu amps the power up to where Kair needs to subdue his pupil sealing the crystal to the point where it dies down and seems to shrink beneath his skin tissue when not active, Reyo is capable of tapping into the Ultra Supervillain power up whenever he wants due to still keeping the crystal that first granted him the power.
Super Saiyan 5:
A form with a 600,000,0 (initial)>700,060,0 (full power)x multiplier and white fur and hair
While in this form Reyo gains white fur, hair and tail along with natural God Ki Reyo obtains this form in his training with Kair between Xenoverse 2's end and the beginning of Future Chapter 1 he uses this fight against several fighters in the Multiversal Time Tournament.
Super Saiyan 5.Ultra Supervillain (Controlled):
A form with a 8400000x multiplier and white fur and hair along with a large pink crystal forming from the users chest
A hypothetical form where Reyo combines the stored Incomplete Ultra Supervillain with the Super Saiyan 5 tranformation
resulting in Super Saiyan 5 with a large pink crystal gaping out his chest and Reyo's surrounding fur darkening Reyo used this form against two of his opponents in the Multiversal Time Tournament.
