  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Dump the ground beef into a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the diced onions to the skillet with the ground beef.
  4. Crumble the ground beef well as it cooks.
  5. Once the ground beef is fully cooked, drain the grease from the skillet.
  6. Remove the skillet from the heat.
  7. Add the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar and onion powder to the skillet and stir until all of the ingredients are fully combined.
  8. Add the crispy fried onions to the skillet and stir well again.
  9. Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish well with cooking spray.
