😕 Naming dilemma: Many c-store chains have similar or identical names, using words like “quick”, “fast” or "stop". This is an easy but potentially damaging strategy that can hurt their brand value and differentiation. This can help them stand out from their competitors and build customer loyalty. 💡 Examples and tips: It's important to develop a good name strategy that aligns with the c-store’s vision and goals. #CStoreNames #BrandMatters #BeDifferent 😎

Just a month ago, I joined the Croissant team full time as their CMO. Today marks a major product launch with the Croissant extension for Google Chrome, delivering Guaranteed Buybacks™ of up to 75% on over 1 million items at your favorite fashion and apparel retailers and brands. Croissant’s Guaranteed Buybacks™ are exactly what they sound like — you buy an item at retail, and we’ll buy it back from you at a baked-in price for up to one year. No fees. No pressure. Just money back for your things.Consumer interest in resale is expanding rapidly: the $211B resale market is growing 9x faster than retail and 82% of Gen Z considers the resale value before they buy. But being a reseller yourself is still cumbersome. By baking-in your resale option up front, it becomes effortless: you can access your Collection in our app and cash out with one click. You also see the Guaranteed Buyback™ values as you shop and invest in products that retain their value. I'm thrilled to join John Howard and the entire Croissant team. This is going to be fun. Shop with Guaranteed Buybacks™. Effortless resale, baked-in.https://lnkd.in/g2HryFr7

How the other shops are expanding in growth? If you're an SME...‼️After coming here (POM city night market) the second time observing the market, I picked up few tips if I were to run a retail business.Looking at the big competitors who are already establishing big shops, it seems they had a #businessmodel . They started off with one shop, followed the model and expanded into chain of shops.Let's see some pointers;1. They sell out small fast selling items that is at a price that's affordable way below. Why??? It's Price over quantity strategy.Sell small items at a low cost but mas salim planti to recover all costs. For example; If an SME ordered 50 pairs of sneakers sells K200 for a sneaker then total income would be K10, 000, it will take a while for the stock to finish as price is K200. Our big competitors look at #quantity. So they sell the SAME sneakers at K99 but instead of selling 50 pairs, they will need to sell 100 pairs at K99 to get that K10000.We all want to make profit, but if you get the strategy right and follow the business model you expand eventually 🤝All in all, do not see your business as just an SME rather a chain of stores you can establish 🙏#businessmindset #businesssolutions #businesstips #SME
